Currently most insurance companies require a physical therapy prescription from your physician. This can be from your primary care physician or a specialist.
Most health insurance plans cover physical therapy. Call your health insurance provider for benefit information or call our office for assistance. We are in-network with most PPO’s, HMO’s, Medicare, Tricare, and Worker’s Compensation.
