Sara Koveleski Kraut, DPT

Owner, Physical Therapist

Sara received her B.A. in Spanish from the University of Iowa and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science/The Chicago Medical School.  She is the owner and director of Advanced Physical Therapy & Health Services (APTHS).  She currently specializes in the evaluation and treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions, and has attended multiple continuing education courses in these areas.  Sara successfully completed the APTA Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency-Based Course chaired by Susan Herdman.  She travels nationally for North American Seminars providing continuing education courses to other physical and occupational therapists, specifically for Pilates in Rehabilitation and the Evaluation and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease.  She received her Pilates training through From The Center Pilates Studio in Chicago with Patrick O'Brien. Sara is also an AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor and an ACE-certified Personal Trainer.  She is a sports enthusiast and an avid marathon runner.  Sara is also fluent in Spanish.

Diane Kabat, DPT 

Physical Therapist

Diane received her B.S. in Molecular and Integrative Physiology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School.  She successfully completed the APTA Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency-Based Course chaired by Susan Herdman.  Diane has had extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of vestibular dysfunction (dizziness and balance disorders), and broadens her treatments to address the orthopedic, neurologic, and psychosocial components involved with each diagnosis. Diane’s scope of treatment also includes orthopedic conditions, including spine, joint, and muscle conditions, as well as neurological conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Diane is also fluent in Polish.
 

Linda Lee, PTA 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Linda has received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Oakton Community College. She has participated in many running events and hopes to participate in a full marathon someday. Her special interests are working with neurological and orthopedic conditions. She is also, fluent in Korean and conversational in Spanish.
